Its not a question of will we? Just a matter of when It isn’t a point of discussion As to whether we’ll meet again. For you have only moved over To a parallel different to mine. I can sense, see and feel you Just within another time.

If when I go to sleep at night Your faces seem far out of sight. I’ll breath the air, to smell your skin To hold the thoughts from way within My dreams were you, the ones you gave The plans we made, our future saved. Preserved in a capsule of time Our special things that spring to mind. ‘Dreams do come true’, you’d say to me What comes to us is meant to be. The Lord and Lady lent you for a while I love you both – Ditto – hold that smile x

As we walked toward the light I clutched at thoughts of you. There were no decisions to be made I knew we had to move through. Memories of past lives flashed past And a warmth of things anew. There were no questions to be asked Just something we had to do. We took your love and bathed in hope And left our hearts behind. Blessed be! That you could cope And peace of mind to find. We’re beside you everyday With all that you, believe as time As you stumble on your way My strength is yours, your hopes are mine.

If I should pause within a breath, and linger for a while Its just because I glimpsed your face, and bathed within your smile. Blessed be my darling – Ruth
